The new regional law on hunting in Campania will be evaluated in the Regional Council after approval by the VIII Commission.
Last 12 June, the draft of the text of the new Regional Law on hunting in Campania was approved in the VIII Commission and today morning, 19 July 2012, it will be evaluated in the Regional Council including the twenty amendments proposed by the Hon. Giovanni Baldi.
To make it known yesterday is the same Hon. Baldi who wanted to explain on the issue, "After the postponement of fifteen days ago, the Regional Assembly is preparing tomorrow to finally conclude the process of the new hunting law that will restore all organic matter and above all will do justice to some inequalities that are they are registered, for example, with the Finance Act of last January ”.
Going on, Baldi further explains, “In recent months, I have listened to the voices of the hunting world in Campania and its requests have been transformed into about twenty amendments presented by me to improve the text of the law. After years of misunderstandings and difficulties in the relations that this world has had to register with the institutions, the time has come to put a firm point on the whole matter. Starting from the cancellation of art. 34 of the same budget which in fact posed problems of equity among the hunters themselves within the territorial hunting areas, results unbalanced to the detriment of hunters in the province of Salerno ”. A kind of unthinkable war between the poor ”.
Continuing, in fact, Baldi announces, “The new law that we are going to dismiss will cancel this distortion and will open a new season for hunting in Campania. As for the amendments that I have presented, with the approval of the hunting world and its category codes, I will try to defend them all and to make them an integral part of the new law. I trust, of course, in the good sense of my colleagues in the Regional Council to achieve this success ”.
