Hunting Fishing Environment ready to take to the streets for hunters' rights; the early closure of the hunting in Tordo Bottaccio, Cesena and Beccaccia it constitutes another serious abuse against the hunting world.
On January 20, with a press release (n. 45) the Council of Ministers decreed the "blocking of hunting of some species of wild birds". Going into the specifics, he established that immediately “it was no longer possible to hunt the Song Thrush, la Cesena and Woodcock throughout the national territory ", as the European Commission had contested the violation of Directive 2009/147 / EC on the conservation of wild birds, which prohibits hunting during nesting and breeding periods. In our opinion, Minister Galletti gave a demonstration of arrogance with a unilateral and unmotivated act, adopting the exercise of the substitute power provided for by law 131 of 5 June 2003, without however providing legal and scientific arguments, but only listening to the usual sirens animal rights activists who have crowded the ministerial offices for too long. Once again the rule of law has been trampled underfoot, without reason and without reliable motivation. This time the hunters are truly unarmed. In our opinion it will be necessary to make our "dear" politicians understand (expensive because they cost too much), that the hunting world is tired of the continuous injustices perpetrated, it is tired of the prevarications that every year it suffers also on the hunting calendars, it is tired from the constant harassment.
This minister then declared satisfied that he had dealt with the most representative hunting associations and probably did so…. That's all. Now to say that we are all the same is not true and those who continue to support it probably have other purposes. The hunters, however, should begin to think about these facts, because only in this way are "the usual ones" forced to change their strategies. The CPA, as always, is ready to take to the streets, but obviously cannot and does not want to do it alone. The invitation is addressed to all the other Hunting Associations, especially the numerically most important ones, to join us in this battle of law and civilization and to ALL hunters. Put pressure on your leaders so that a massive demonstration can be held in Rome. We will be there, as always, "IN DEFENSE OF OUR RIGHTS". If we fail to do this, then let's not complain, because it would mean that "they are right".
