Stefano Mai, councilor of the Liguria region with delegation to hunting, he announced the regulatory changes introduced by Law 29 of last December 28, which concerns himself hunting activity. The text, bearing "Provisions related to the stability law for the year 2018“, Was launched with the pretense of simplifying and making some rules more effective. The main changes were introduced by Article 35.
In detail, there are some changes regarding the hunting stalks: those built with removable equipment or obtained from makeshift shelters without interventions on the site (including the "stages" for traditional wood pigeon hunting) are compatible with the agricultural destination. The discourse remains valid even in case of installation not foreseen by the municipal planning instruments. Furthermore, these installations are free edizilia activities, provided that Decree 42 of 2004 is respected, the code of cultural heritage and landscape.
Another novelty to take into account is the possibility of marketing wild fauna killed during hunting, specifically for festivals and gastronomic events. He then never remembered the competence of the Liguria Region on hunting surveillance, in order to ensure coordination of controls and standardize interventions at the territorial level.
