Il world of hunting he is doing his part to comply with the government decree it concerns the coronavirus health emergency and above all it is making useful donations to the hospitals that are currently at the forefront of the contrasting the infection. Yet there is someone who has to say the same, despite the need for maximum cohesion in this period. This is the LAV (Anti-Vivisection League) who published this polemic note against hunting: "At this moment in many Italian Regions and Provinces the selection hunting for ungulates and wildlife control plans - including those involving the killing of fox cubs in their burrows - with all the consequences that the mobility of hunters can have for spread of coronavirus, as well as for animals that enter the sights of their rifle.
Proof that the coronavirus does not stop the killing of wild animals, yesterday's news was reported by a man caught hunting by abusive means, reported by the forest police for poaching, after a report by private individuals. The Italian situation appears fragmented at the moment: the Veneto Region has communicated the stop to the selection hunt and to faunal censuses, while maintaining the possibility of exceptions, for example for control and eradication activities, if they are related to "work needs"; some hunters from the Provinces of Parma and Piacenza have communicated that they have suspended only the selection hunt, in compliance with the provisions of the Government.
These are some cases, which however reveal the existence of different interpretations, with a potential risk for the spread of the infection. On this point it is necessary to clarify: the movement on the territory of thousands of hunters does not fall within the exceptions indicated in letter a) of paragraph 1 of article 1 of DPCM March 8, 2020, given that their activity has nothing to do with reasons of proven work needs, nor with situations of need.
IT FOLLOWS THAT I EVENTUALLY IDENTIFIED HUNTERS WHILE CARRYING OUT THE ABOVE ACTIVITIES, THEY WILL HAVE TO BE PENALTY, LIKE ANY OTHER CITIZEN WHO SHOULD VIOLATE THE LIMITS IMPOSED BY THE Cited Prime Minister's Decree, WITH THREE MONTHS IN PRISON OR WITH A FINE UP TO 206 EUROS. It is necessary that the Provincial Police and any other public force also take this aspect into account, making sure that no hunter leaves the house holding the rifle before next April 3. Similarly, any citizen can request the intervention of public officials in the event that he becomes aware of active hunters despite the ban imposed at national level ".
I hope you die out. You are really sleazy. Point out hunters as possible contenders. Think about your children instead. And explain to him that you don't leave the house to walk the dog.
