Mauro Panella, President of UNICA-SVI (Italian Hunting Union), issued the following press release: "It is with great satisfaction that UNICA-SVI communicates to all hunting enthusiasts in Italy that, on 10 January 2019 with the notification to the Campania region the appeal was presented to TAR for the recovery of the territory intended for regional hunting activities.
Only at the end of a difficult path made of surface recalculations performed by Specialized Technical Studies and subsequently by legal consultancy that required a considerable financial commitment that it was possible to achieve this goal. All this has been possible also and above all thanks to all those who in recent years have believed in us and they supported us with their contributions.
The Campania Region was chosen to start this land recovery work because, in addition to being the Region where the Syndicate was born, it was one of the Italian regions where the marketable territory it is highly below the percentages established by law. Certain of a positive result, subsequently, adopting the Campanian model as a model, the same appeal will be presented for all the other regions. Thanking our supporters and all those who want to support us in the near future, your contribution to continue the actions to protect the hunting world, as always, a "good luck!" to everyone".
