The recent ordinance of Council of State which accepted the animal rights appeal and partially revised the calendar of Tuscany as regards the hunting season 2018-2019 continues to discuss. The regional hunting associations have raised their voices, demanding a position on the part of the Region. The appeals were addressed in particular to Marco Remaschi, regional councilor for agriculture, therefore with responsibility for hunting.
Here's what he said just today (Thursday 20 December 2018) Remaschi himself on the issue, an update that is certainly very important to understand what the future awaits Tuscan hunters. According to the commissioner "In reading the reasons that led the judicial panel to issue this provision, however, in stark contrast to what was stated a few weeks ago by the Regional Administrative Court of Tuscany, the Region urgently requested an additional opinion from ISPRA with respect to the possibility of restoring hunting days removed from the court order".
The local authority therefore showed a pinch of optimism for what could happen in the next few days. A crack has opened and it all depends onHigher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research.
