It is about to go back to Bergamo "Hunt in the kitchen", an entire month dedicated to hunting gastronomy. 26 25 from February to March the restaurants of the Orobica city will host the exhibition dedicated to game dishes. The event is promoted as always by the Restaurateurs Group of ASCOM Bergamo (Association of Merchants And Merchants Of The Province) in collaboration with the association ANUUMigrators.
That of 2018 is the sixteenth edition, a respectable milestone and that makes it clear how the event is now a consolidated appointment. Restaurants, taverns and trattorias can join with at least two game dishes on the menu. Just one day before the official start of “Caccia in cucina” there will be a tasty appetizer in the Brescia area. In fact, the Province has organized a game based lunch, again in collaboration with the ANUU and the “Unico” Hunting Territorial Area.
Al "Golden Eagle" restaurant of Ospitaletto it will be possible to taste a rich menu. We will start with the appetizers (Parma ham, salami, pancetta, English roast beef and cotechino) and continue with the first courses, that is to say a creamy risotto with quail and homemade crepes with duck sauce. As for the main courses, however, there will be stuffed guinea fowl in the oven with potatoes and bites of venison stewed with grilled polenta.
