The controversial decision of the Constitutional Court to fail the Veneto regional law on hunting disturbance it is already producing reactions. The hunting world could not remain silent and Sergio Berlato, group leader of the Brothers of Italy in the Regional Council, commented on the choice of judges. According to Berlato, it is necessary to take note of the sentence, but at the same time it is necessary to work towards submit an identical law to the National Parliament.
The link can only be one, the Honorable Member Maria Cristina Caretta, an important guide of CONFAVI. The other FdI MPs will be equally valuable in this regulatory process. For the Consulta, the text must be considered illegitimate due to an excess of skills. In short, the hunting disorder is judged on a par with public order and security, matters that can be dealt with by the State and not by a Region.
The administrative penalties provided for can reach up to 3600 euros. Berlato also recalled how in other countries of the European continent, France first and foremost, there are similar laws, as well as in force for some time. For all these reasons it is not necessary to remain idle and to equate the Italian state legislation to that of other nations as soon as possible.
