The project "Shops of trade and innovation", financed by Italia Lavoro, concerns the territory of the province of Pesaro and Urbino with a series of internships lasting six months and with a monthly grant of 500 euros. One of the leading companies in this case is Benelli Arms, but let's try to understand better what it is. The initiative was designed for people who have an age between 18 and 35 years and that at the moment they do not have a job.
The figures to be trained are those of the chef, the stylist, the creative creator and the carpenter, in a nutshell a series of sectors that have to do with Made in Italy. There are 60 internships and there is time until June 30th to apply. The shop linked to Benelli Armi is called "Innovating mechanics with the digital workshop". You will gain experience in the Urbino company, deepening the mechanics, innovation and automation of production processes.
The Marche group in fact needs young people who are able to link production and design, to speed up industrialization and to be familiar with i drawings and prototypes of rifles and weapons. There will be theoretical studies on the use of numerical control machines and digital design IT tools (always combined with production). This shop was proposed by Assindustria Consulting and will open, in addition to those of Benelli, the doors of other local companies.
