The news of the manifesto presented to the Government by major environmental animal organizations over the years general states of the economy held in Rome. We are not surprised by the condescension of this government towards the nefarious proposals put forward by the animal-environmentalists which, if implemented, would endanger not only hunting for which the explicit abolition was requested, but also breeding, agriculture, leather processing, fishing, sporting activities, etc ... We have been easy prophets when we invited all the representatives of all the activities carrying rural culture to join forces to counter and repel the attacks of our common enemies. We have found that the enemies of the hunters are also the same enemies of the farmers, fishermen, breeders, mushroom hunters, truffle hunters, furriers, etc…
Our predecessors have taught us over the centuries that by joining forces we can defeat common enemies. It matters little to us what can divide the various representatives of the activities carrying rural culture. We are interested in what are the points that can unite them, to convince them to fight together against those who want to annihilate their activities. It is therefore back in urgent relevance the invitation addressed to the representatives of all the activities carrying rural culture so that, by abandoning the atavistic mistrust and putting aside their specific interests, they are convinced of the need to join forces to guarantee a dignified future for their activities.
How to Association for the defense and promotion of rural culture we invite the representatives of all activities carrying rural culture to understand that we can no longer afford the luxury of being divided. Now not only is the future of our activities under discussion but our own dignity and that of the millions of citizens we represent and who they run the risk of being annihilated by the initiatives of a small handful of frantic who can count on great availability of an economic nature and on a great ability to penetrate from the media and communication point of view. The challenge is launched, let's see who will have the courage, intelligence and sufficient sense of responsibility to be able to collect it (Hon. Sergio Berlato - President of the Association for the Defense and Promotion of Rural Culture).
