Milan, 31 October – The Regional Regulatory Revision Law for the year 2023 has been approved by the Lombardy Regional Council. He intervened in this regard Floriano Massardi Regional councilor of the League and President of the 'Agriculture, mountains and forests' Commission Lombardy region.
“Among the simplifications introduced for the hunting world, of which I was the proponent, there is that for the renewal of the authorization procedure for fixed stands; the possibility of becoming the holder of an authorization for hunting from a fixed stand in all Lombardy areas/districts regardless of registration in the area or district itself; the possibility of installing new fixed posts in the most protected Alpine areas; the ability to subject only new sheds located within the 'Natura 2000' sites (or outside within a 100 meter radius) to the impact assessment procedure”.
“Finally, I thank my colleague Bravo (FdI) for his support and for proposing other innovations such as: the extension to 31/12 of all ten-year renewals of fixed posts; the extension of the possibility of recovering a wounded bird in hunting readiness within the perimeter of the flooded (stretched) surface and in temporary sheds within a radius of 200 meters even with closed roaming hunting" concludes Massardi.
