Hunting: Piedmont continues to the sound of controversy, appeals and threats of new appeals, the brawl on the Hunting Calendar that sells involved between the Region and animal rights associations.
"These Humans are crazy!" Who knows if the Piedmontese wildlife also wonders about the courses and recourses of human things, like the pot-bellied boars that trot in the comics of Asterix. The umpteenth tug-of-war between the Region and the animal rights activists on hunting is emblematic, as punctual every year as the flu. A few days ago the announcement was made that the regional councilor Andrea Stara, Together for Bresso, will resort to the TAR together with Lega Anti Caccia and Pro Natura to suspend the two council resolutions with which the councilor Sacchetto rescheduled the hunt for the September 29. In the sights of the "anti-shotguns", the provision with which the proposed wildlife-hunting plan is adopted and the one that cancels the old hunting calendar and approves a new one. Urgent appeal, Stara specifies: «The plan is a proposal from the junta. It must be subjected to an environmental assessment and then approved by the Council to be considered operational. It is as if a draft law, before being approved, produced its legal and regulatory effects on the population ». On animals, in this case. And on hunters: who, no matter what you think about hunting, have every reason to demand a little seriousness. On all fronts.
