Press release on. Caretta (FdI) - “It is absurd to pay the Rai license fee to be insulted and defamed. On 2 November 2020, at 20.00 pm, on Rai Radio 1, the first Italian public radio broadcaster published by Rai, during the program "A DJ on death row", innumerable insults, offenses and defamations were brought against the hunters , indicated as "inhumane", predators of protected species, disrespectful of the laws and the environment.
An unjustifiable attack on all hunting enthusiasts for which I presented a question to the Minister of Economic Development, Stefano Patuanelli, to ask for an account of what was broadcast in the broadcast, which, at best, does not take into account how the hunting sector constitutes an important resource for the protection of the national environmental and fauna heritage, playing a fundamental role of safeguard for all those environments that the State and institutions, without the support of hunters, could maintain with extreme difficulty.
In the face of the serious damage to image caused, I trust that the defamatory activity transmitted and implemented over the air by a Rai program, lavishly paid by the money of all Italians, including hunters, will be sanctioned ”.
This is what the Hon. Maria Cristina Caretta, deputy of the Brothers of Italy
Not all hunters are fair… and they ruin everyone's reputation.
Regarding the criticism of Rai, the third radio channel is the one I would save for the level of content, as I thank the third TV for detaching itself from the vomit of nonsense that reigns supreme.
