Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 June 2016. These are the two dates chosen for the first edition of "Ungulate World - A heritage to manage", an event that will take place in Arezzo, more precisely in the pavilions of Exhibition and Congress Center of the Tuscan city. The event will have a national character and will be dedicated, as you can guess from the name chosen, to the management and collection of wild boar, deer, roe deer, mouflon and fallow deer heritage.
The collaboration of UNCAA (National Union of Hunters of the Apennines, the Alps and wildlife operators), URCA (Regional Union of Apennine Hunters) and of the Confederation of Tuscan Hunters (CCT), without forgetting the patronage of the Conseil International de la Chasse. As stated in the official statement, the increase in ungulates in many parts of our country is spurring interest in trophies and the goodness of the meat: the attention is consequently turned to the traditional one hunted for wild boar, but also to new forms of hunting management.
The appointment in Arezzo will be fundamental to deepen this reality, as well as representing a meeting between employees, belt-makers, selection hunters, gunsmiths and clothing and equipment manufacturers. What will there be specifically at “Mondo Ungulates”? There will be the opportunity to participate in gatherings of wild boar hunting teams, follow-up dog reviews, demonstrations of track dogs, trophy reviews, regulatory insights, internships and practical demonstrations for the treatment of meat, culinary event with starred chefs, technical and scientific evaluations and other performances. In addition, the in-depth analysis dedicated to shooting techniques and the commercial village proposed by the best national and foreign brands of weapons, cartridges and optics deserve a mention.
