"First": the short film shot by Federica Gianni has a simple title and will be presented on the occasion of the thirteenth edition of "Cortinametraggio". The festival dedicated to the best short Italian cinema will soon take place in Cortina d'Ampezzo, to be precise from the 19 25 March 2018. "Primo" is entirely dedicated to one of the characteristic hunting activities of the Maremma, the wild boar hunting, and it could not be otherwise, given that the director is just a "maremma of adoption".
The short film was shot between two locations, They scratch e Sassofortino, both fractions of Roccastrada, in the province of Grosseto. The story is that of a boy who must demonstrate his manly power to future in-laws on the occasion of a wild boar hunting trip. Several talents from this area of Tuscany acted and many figures were chosen from among the inhabitants and beltlai of the country.
Some scenes, then, were shot near the shed of "La Squadrona", without forgetting any detail regarding the moments before and after the joke itself. The same hunters have also made available the means necessary for the production of the film. Gianni has decided to give excellent visibility when hunting and the lifestyle of the small towns of the Tuscan countryside, still not very well known.
