We have now reached the final part of the first edition of "Wild and good", by the Una Onlus Foundation, and it is time to take stock, after the official announcement of the birth of a relationship between the same and the Lombardy Region, with the aim of creating a supply chain linked to game for all Lombardy provinces. Monday 28 October 2019 at 16.30 pm the Palazzo della Provincia (Spazio Viterbi) in via Tasso, 8 a Bergamo, will host the final conference of the project, during which the final report of the project will be distributed. In addition, the "Manifesto of wild meat in catering" drawn up by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo.
The window sticker will also be delivered to the reference restaurateurs 'Wild and good 2020-2021' and information material on the nutritional properties of wild meat. The project, which sees the ungulate hunter as the first actor, started two years ago and was realized thanks to the work of Federcaccia Bergamo and of all the Alpine Areas involved.
