As announced in a video posted on Facebook by Massimo Buconi, number one of the Italian Federation of Hunting, the Constitutional Court rejected the appeal of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers against the law of Marche region on the signature of the hunting card. This level of judgment was reached after the Government had challenged a Marches law of 7 November 2018 which explains how to interpret the precise moment of the signature, a fundamental point of reference for hunters.
The Council considered this appeal inadmissible, recognizing the Region's interpretation as correct. In practice, the law establishes that the signature on the card must be done after having checked the killing of the head. According to Buconi himself, it is a sentence important, right and appropriate after so much bitterness suffered for practicing the hunting activity.
