Yesterday evening, 3 September 2012, at the law firm of Avv.to Antonio Ferrari, in Salerno, present, the writer and Mr. Mauro Panella (group united to defend hunting) the foundations for the establishment of an autonomous organization, capable of responding to the needs of a legal defense, constant and continuous attentive, which can respond to the continuous attacks against the world of hunting, whether they are the demolition ones coming from newspapers and / or national and non-national television stations, are they those who have limited and in fact limit more and more hunting in our Region, many times, as has happened in the last two years, where for unprecedented lightness of a bureaucratic nature we see ourselves denied the pre-opening of the hunt.
This initiative follows the appeal already launched from the pages of the various groups present on FB some time ago both by myself and by the good Mauro Panella. The discussion was wide-ranging and articulated, touching on all the aspects that have so far been passively suffered but which can be attacked from a legal point of view, something that from today we will no longer let go unnoticed.
Our lawyers asked us for a week to assist each other with everything, from the legal birth of the representative body to everything else. Obviously, immediately afterwards it will be up to all of us to give substance and follow up to the initiative, it will be our care to communicate to all Campania hunters how to proceed so that it can materialize to travel in the desired direction.
