As part of EXA 2013, the XXIX annual ANPAM Legal Convention on Weapons Discipline will take place on 12 April 2013 in Brescia.
Also this year the Brescia Chamber of Commerce and the ANPAM organize the usual, appreciated, National Study Conference on the Discipline of Weapons, now in its 29th edition. The Conference will be held on Friday 12 April at the Auditorium of the Chamber of Commerce in via Einaudi, 23 in Brescia starting at 16, and will open with the greetings of the President of the Brescia Chamber of Commerce Francesco Bettoni, the delivery of the ANPAM degree and Brescia Chamber of Commerce with the memory of Pier Luigi Vigna, who for many years had among his undisputed merits also that of being an architect of this important moment of confrontation on legal issues related to the world of arms.
The interventions, moderated by Prof. Giuseppe Frigo, Constitutional Judge, will open at 16,30 with the report by Prof. Avv. Ugo Ruffolo, Full Professor of Civil Law at the University of Bologna, dedicated to "Abolition of the catalog: current situation and future prospects". This will be followed by Prof. Mario Catenacci, Full Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Rome “Roma Tre”, with “Crimes relating to common firearms from cataloging to recognition”. After a short interval the work will resume at 17.45 pm with Avv. Innocenzo Gorlani, Lawyer in Brescia, who will deal with “L'art. 18 of Law 157 under fire: the hot summer of hunting calendars ".
Dr. Michele Sorrenti, technical and scientific manager of the Migratory Birdlife Office of the FIdC will follow, with a report dedicated to “Hunting calendars: scientific data and reasons for the choices of the Italian regions”. The conclusion of the work is scheduled for 19 pm Participation in the conference requires registration.
