Federcaccia Campania builds new job opportunities but the Province of Naples does everything to destroy them.
In the complex and inextricable path that hunting in Campania is taking from the previous law 8/96 to the new law 26/2012, the “stumbling blocks” of the public administrations concerned continue. Regardless of the injured rights of hunters for the free exercise of hunting, the problems become delicate when they affect particularly relevant social and economic interests; especially in this historical phase of serious socio-economic crisis for our country. Indeed, when the continuation of work for operators and entrepreneurs is precluded, it means threatening everything that exists in their system: family, collaborators, employees.
This is the case of the Province of Naples which, like a bolt from the blue, just in these days, communicates that, as a consequence of the new law 26/2012 and the related addresses of the Campania Region, the quagliodromes of Varcaturo and Acerra can no longer obtain authorization to carry out the activity. Nebulae and all the reasons to be explored.
These are technical issues that will need to be explored. The fact is that the work and the economy that have been moving these 2 plants for years and years are seriously threatened. With danger for the operators who carry out the management of the same in order to derive the minimum profit for themselves and their families, for the trainers who carry out their duties on the basis of acquired professionalism, for the suppliers of the plants who have always guaranteed everything needed for the activities carried out therein.
We are in times in which the public administration, before activating potentially dangerous initiatives for public order, should have the appropriate approach of dialogue and comparison. Otherwise, even what may seem ordinary administration becomes a threat to citizens, workers and families.
It is for all this that Federcaccia Campania invites the Province of Naples and all the stakeholders who gravitate around the activities of the Varcaturo and Acerra quagliodromes, to open a discussion table to understand and understand each other and, above all, to find solutions. In the next few days, this invitation from Federcaccia will be formalized with an official letter to the Province.
The managers of the quarrels, their collaborators, trainers, suppliers are waiting for answers on their future. Federcaccia will be with them to receive them.
