Oscar Star, regional vice president of Federcaccia Veneto, commented on the recent ruling of the Constitutional Court. Stella criticized the regional councilor Sergio Berlato, accused of wanting to confirm his "electoral hive" with his capacity in the wildlife-legislative field. Federcaccia Veneto recalled how mobility was not taken into consideration in the various wildlife plans over the past twenty years, consequently it is no longer necessary to wait for a new one for implementation.
Berlato himself was therefore asked to drop the electoral consent and to copy what has been done positively by other Italian regions for migratory workers. On the other hand, Stella reiterated the presence of solutions for the hunting world within the national hunting law. The regional councilor was also invited to copy the current mobility granted in the rest of the country and to get it approved quickly, since it is not yet late, at least as regards this hunting season.
Among other things, Stella also noted in the sentence the clarification of how unrecognized hunting associations should not be present in alpine areas. If the Veneto Region does not want the game plan for hunting is challenged must be adapted to the dictates of the Council.
