It is also considered appropriate to recall that, based on paragraph 2 of article 36 of the Regional Law no. 26 of 9 August 2012 and subsequent amendments, every hunter, residing by birth in Campania, has the right to access with a hunting residence, for the entire hunting season, in one of the ATCs established in the Region. The request must be made, from 1 February to 31 March of each year, to the Provincial Office responsible for the ATC requested, also indicating the order of preference for each other ATC.
In the absence of an application, the request relating to the previous year is considered confirmed for the current year, except in the case in which it does not comply with the current situation due to a change in domicile / residence or a renewed hunting license, in which case the application must be resubmitted.
