Hunting / Tuscany: From Wednesday 10 November the Municipality of Bagnone becomes part of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park. The decree signed by President Napolitano also concerns Monchio delle Corti and 4 new Apennine villages.
Once the borders of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine Park have been expanded, it will no longer be possible to hunt. The decree, signed by the President of the Republic, Giorgio Napolitano in August, will come into force on Wednesday 10 November. Monchio delle Corti and 4 new Apennine villages (Compione, Camporaghena and Torsana in Lunigiana and Sologno in Reggio) become part of the no-hunting zone in Lunigiana, part of the Municipality of Bagnone, and in Emilia Romagna.
This was communicated by the Management Committee of the Territorial Hunting Area 13 of the Province of Massa Carrara (info atcms13.it) which invites Apuo-Lunigiana hunters to be careful and respect the new geographical limits of non-hunting for all species. "We recommend hunters - recalls the Atc 13 - to get information in advance about the areas where it is no longer possible to hunt and where, on the other hand, hunting is possible".
