It's time for the reproduction of theBirdlife, in which birds must find suitable conditions for the nest building and for parental care. This is not an easy condition for waterfowl in many Italian regions, due to the transformation of the territory for agricultural and industrial purposes, construction of communication routes and housing. Hunters counter this trend by recreating and conserving freshwater basins permanent that allow both the stop during the migrations, and the reproduction of various species.
In this video we can admire the knights of Italy nesting in a hunting lake in the Marche Region, which offers a habitat of high biological value in a context of cultivated areas. Without the interest of the hunters these oases of biodiversity would not exist, and we underline that they are realized and maintained with economic resources, but also human and time, of hunters. Hunting is a wildlife conservation tool, this is another testimony (source: Hunting Federation).
