Facebook it is a very popular social network, but it must be used in the right way: you know it well Henry Rizzi, animal rights activist and president of the Italian Animal Protection Operational Unit (NOTE), sentenced by Court of Trento to two months' imprisonment (the sentence is suspended) and to compensate 30 thousand euros for a libel of which he became the protagonist online. In fact, in 2014, he commented on the death of Diego Moltrer, president of the Trentino Alto Adige Regional Council, suffered a heart attack during a hunting trip.
Rizzi wrote this sentence on Facebook: "Infamous, now you know what it means to die ...". The disconcerted reactions were immediate, especially from Moltrer's family, who filed a complaint. Moreover, the animalist has never backed down after writing those words.
The president of NOITA judged the sentence excessive, defining the compensation demanded by the judges as "monstrous". The reasons will be known in 50 days, even if Rizzi's appeal is obvious. The animalist's final comment is equally heavy: "There is no condemnation that holds, that can stop me, or make me change my mind. Hunting is horror".
