Luke Paris, one of the candidates of the Democratic Party in the regional elections of Lombardy, he revealed what his intentions are in the field of hunting. The PD exponent recalled how in the northern region there are a national park, 24 regional, 84 local parks of supra-municipal interest (also known as PLIS), various state and regional reserves.
Paris then pointed out the various types of protection of flora and fauna, highlighting the possibility of selective killing and wildlife collection in regional parks. One such area is the Field of flowers (province of Varese), which jumped to the honors of the hunting chronicles a short time ago for the fires. Paris is the author of the motion by which the Region was asked to prohibit hunting for two years in areas affected by fires.
It cannot surprise too much, therefore, his future commitment in the event of his election as regional councilor. The PD candidate would like to double the number of regional parks in which to bring into force the absolute ban on hunting, as happens in national parks. The proposal will undoubtedly lead to discussion of the hunting world, struggling with a series of unfulfilled commitments in this region.
