THEAssociation of Lombard Hunters, ANUUMigrators and Free Hunting they met the Prefect of Brescia, Annunziato Vardè, not to speak of volunteer guards of WWF, LIPU, ENPA or other, of their powers and their limits, but this time for an issue that touches the Provincial Police of Brescia regarding three minutes, lawfully made to as many hunters during the past season, in application of the law, but for which it was perhaps wanted to go further by reporting to the competent bodies, Police Headquarters and Prefecture, the possibility of seizure of weapons held at home, as is done for criminals and for those who are concerned about the safety of others.
It is in fact hypothesized that the Provincial Police of Brescia, as emerged from the meeting with the Prefect of Brescia and from the documents placed on the table, did an undue report. An ancillary request that does not fall within the 157/92 that is not provided for by any other law on the subject of hunting. The fact is that Vardè has readily canceled and archived all due to the absence of the foundable conditions and thus closing a file opened only for "due act". In fact, the 3 hunters will pay the consequences for the disputed crime but will not suffer the mockery of the seizure of legally detained shotguns.
Nobody denies the violation of the regulations and the minutes for the killing of protected species, for which hunters know well what the consequences can be, but that you try to tread your hand by hypothesizing the seizure of weapons legally held this is not good and it was right to contact the highest authority of the state present on the Province, to ensure that certain situations do not have to repeat themselves. For ACL, ANUU and Libera Caccia the question does not end here at all, but it will be the lawyer Bonardi who will move forward so that these drawbacks don't happen anymore.
