As already anticipated after the sentence of Lombardy Tar last October 25, where Federcaccia Lombardia was the only one to defend the regional body in the Lac appeal, Lombardy region ran for cover by issuing a new decree for the supplementary days hunting weeklies from fixed stalking for the period between 2 October and 30 November in the territories of the Utr of Bergamo, Brescia, Brianza, Insubria, Pavia and Val Padana-Mantova.
Lombardy Region thus decrees of modify the decree n. 13571 of 25.09.2019 relating to the weekly supplementary hunting days from fixed stalking to migratory birds for the period between 2 October and 30 November 2019, in the territories of UTR of Bergamo, Brescia, Brianza, Insubria, Pavia and Val Padana-Mantova in compliance with the order of the TAR referred to above, adapting it to the opinion of ISPRA, as specified below:
- UTR Bergamo: a supplementary weekly day for thrush hunting
song, redwing, cesena, blackbird;
- UTR Brescia: a supplementary weekly day for thrush hunting
song, redwing, cesena, blackbird, mallard, teal,
gadwall, wigeon, garganey, shoveler, coot and moorhen;
- UTR Brianza-Lecco: an additional weekly day for hunting a
song thrush, redwing, cesena, blackbird, mallard, teal,
gadwall, wigeon, garganey, shoveler, coot and moorhen;
- UTR Insubria-Varese: two supplementary days a week for hunting a
song thrush, redwing, cesena, blackbird;
2. to confirm anything else established by decree 13571 of 25.09.2019, not
subject of the aforementioned order issued by the Lombardy Regional Administrative Court of Milan;
