“It is with satisfaction that we welcome the news of the ordinance of the Calabria Regional Administrative Court published a few minutes ago with which the appeal advanced against the regional hunting calendar. A success of common sense and legal correctness that will allow Calabrian hunters to start according to their plans and carry out the next hunting season with serenity.
My thanks, as well as to the TAR, go to the lawyer Alberto Bruni of Florence, who once again assisted Federcaccia positively, to the regional president of Federcaccia Calabria and national vice-president Giuseppe Giordano who has effectively interacted with the regional offices, to which we also go our thanks, to Dr. Sorrenti and to our Technical-scientific offices. The only bitter note is the incomprehensible suspension of the withdrawal of pochard and lapwing, on which Ispra itself had given a positive opinion, but we will also be able to investigate this aspect in depth ”.
Thus the national president of Federcaccia Massimo Buconi as soon as it receives the news of the positive result pursued with conviction and commitment by the Federation and due without any doubt to the fact that the TAR Calabria has fully accepted the thesis of Avvocato Bruni according to which, pursuant to art. 14, paragraph 7, Law 157/1992, the Regions can extend the validity and effectiveness of the PFVR since the law speaks of any changes or revisions of the five-year period. The ordinance, which we publish as an annex, creates an important and significant precedent also in numerous other pending disputes in which Federcaccia is involved in the front line alongside the Regions.
