As reported byANUUMigrators, the Municipality of Salimbene Valley (Pavia), following the formal request made by the Association in recent days, has communicated that it will not proceed with the definition and approval of theOrder disputed because it introduced some limitations to hunting reserving it in the municipal area only for residents.
The competent Municipal Offices, responding promptly to the request, have in fact specified that however, the disputed Ordinance had not yet entered into force (as it is undergoing a technical-legal assessment by the competent Authorities) and that, in the light of the considerations expressed by our Association, the Mayor has decided not to proceed with the definition of the Ordinance.
Happy ending, therefore, for the hunt in Valle Salimbene where next Sunday the general opening of the 2020/2021 season will be able to take place regularly for all members enrolled in theATC concerned. ANUU thanked the Mayor of Valle Salimbene, Daniela Gatti Comini, and all her staff for the attention and consideration they wished to ensure to the request and for their willingness to review their initial positions.
