The regional councilor of Veneto and president of the Third Council Commission Sergio Berlato has decided to intervene after the proposal made by another director, Andrea Zanoni, to oppose the proposal of reads 182 of the 216 which provides hefty fines for those who disturb the hunters. Berlato has listed all the lies of the anticaccia. First of all, Zanoni affirms that the sanctions would also be foreseen for who disturbs the hunt with his voice, on your own land or at home.
Moreover, according to the imaginative reconstruction of those who oppose this reading, they would even be hit hikers, cyclists, farmers and just people who walk their dogs. Berlato clarified everything: the fines were designed for those who intentionally prevent hunting and fishing, since it goes against people who are in compliance with the law and have paid the related taxes.
Zanoni and the opponents then recalled how in 2005 the Milan Court annulled the sanctions imposed by a similar law. In reality, it was a demonstration authorized by the Police Headquarters and the demonstrators were escorted for a short distance by the Carabinieri. In that case there were slogans and shouts and the judge did not condemn anyone because it was not possible to identify with uncertainty who had insulted the hunters. Therefore, any reconstruction contrary to the law against those who disturb the hunting activity was promptly dismantled.
