Another subject of the changes concerns the much-contested two additional days for hunting for stalking migratory in the months of October and November which now also apply to the lagoon-valley territory limited to the part of it subject to scheduled hunting management.
Below is the full text of the amendment provision:
"
SUBJECT: Amendment to DGR n.868 of 13.07.2015 “Hunting season 2015/2016. Approval of the regional hunting calendar (LRn50 / 1993 art.16) ".
NOTE FOR TRANSPARENCY:
The provision modifies the current regional hunting calendar approved with DGR n. 868 of 13.07.2015 with regard to the authorized game bags for the Pochard species (Aythya ferina). The provision also provides clarifications regarding the provisions of point 6 of the same regional hunting calendar with regard to the application, in the months of October and November, of the two supplementary days to the emigration from stalking.
Councilor Giuseppe Pan reports the following.
With DGR n. 868 of 13.07.2015, the regional council approved the hunting calendar for the 2015/2016 season. When setting the game boxes referred to the Pochard species (Aythya ferina), this provision introduced limitations to the daily (five head) and seasonal (fifty head) game bag taking into account the assessment made by Birdlifeinternational (European Red List of Birds of Birdlifeinternational 2015) which attributes the status of currently vulnerable species to the Pochard. If 10% of the Regional and Provincial administrators had BALLS like Councilor Giuseppe Pan, we hunters of the province of Caserta will also be happy to bring them to them in the WHEELBARROW so that they could solve once and for all the problem of hunting in our Province, instead of always being the most penalized, and after about 40 years of this beautiful activity I abandoned it because it can't take it anymore. Councilor Giuseppe Pan I congratulate you.
