Requests to ministries
The Hon. Francesco Bruzzone, head of the Department of the League for the management of wildlife, has sent a detailed request to the Ministers of the Environment, Justice and Agriculture which supports the legislative feasibility of some important proposals to amend Law 157/1992. “I am nearing the conclusion of an important technical-legal work, carried out over the last year and a half by our Department of the League on wildlife management.
The letter to Pichetto Fratin, Nordio and Lollobrigida
I intended to send a letter addressed directly to the Honorable Ministers Pichetto Fratin, Nordio and Lollobrigida, with the aim of highlighting the rapid need for intervention from a legislative perspective. In fact, some important issues must be resolved as soon as possible, including that relating to live decoys coming from breeding activities, whose legal nature is diametrically opposed to that of wild fauna, as repeatedly reiterated by the jurisprudence on the matter.
Quick and positive action
Also on the basis of the indications received in this sense from the Ministry of Agriculture, and expressed in response to a parliamentary question of mine, I expect rapid and positive action from government institutions" (Hon. Francesco Bruzzone).
