2017 is about to end and in South Tyrol it is possible to take stock of the new hunters and the new hunters of these twelve months. 137 people managed to pass the exam, to be precise 120 men and 17 women. Overall, the theoretical test was passed by 71% of the candidates: the topics touched were local wildlife, ecology, hunting legislation and hunting weapons. At the shooting test, then, there were 196 candidates and 70% of them managed to pass it. As remarked by Luigi Spagnolli, director of the Hunting and Fishing Office of the Province of Bolzano, hunting must be accepted by the population, given that the relationship between citizens and hunters is still unbalanced.
