Claudius Cia, councilor of the Autonomous Province of Trento, he presented a question asking for clarity on the presidency of theAssociation of Trentino Hunters. CIA wants to know in particular whether or not authorization is needed to carry out the activities that have to do with the elective appointment in trade associations or representing important sectors of the population.
The example cited is precisely that of the regional hunting association. ACT's presidency lasts five years and, as pointed out by the provincial councilor, was assumed by a provincial employee inserted in the managerial role. The position, however, would not have been found in the lists of persons authorized by the Council of Trento. The CIA therefore intends to know if the authorization of the junta itself is necessary for this presidency, taking its cue from resolution governing this area as regards the employees of the Autonomous Province.
The question is aimed at obtaining an answer to two other questions. First of all, the provincial councilor would like to understand if the office can represent a conflict of interest. In addition, the other question concerns the verification of the annual commitment exceeding 65 hours for the full-time operational unit, as required for assignments that last more than three years. A response from the Province and a clarification of the association is now awaited.
