Pending the hearing of the Regional Administrative Court, set for next 4 December, the Umbria Region has decided with its own act to maintain, with regard to the skylark game bag, the ceiling set in the regional hunting calendar for the 2013-2014 season, and that is 20 daily and 100 seasonal animals per hunter. to obtain the partial cancellation of the Hunting Calendar limited to letter E point 4 which set for the skylark game bag in 20 daily and 100 seasonal animals per hunter, while the Ispra opinion established this limit in 10 daily and 50 seasonal animals ". “With the order n.114 / 2013 of 12 September, the TAR of Umbria ordered the suspension of the 2013/2014 hunting calendar, limited to the point referring to the determination of the game bag for the skylark, due to lack of motivation. Having acknowledged this - underline the regional offices - the Regional Council with its own act, deemed it appropriate, pending the hearing of 4 December 2013 for the discussion of the merits, to integrate the provision with an appropriate and documented motivation, responding thus to the aforementioned ordinance of the Umbria TAR, restoring the 20 daily and 100 seasonal heads of skylark per hunter, already set in the 2013-2014 hunting calendar ”.
