There are many i Venetian hunters who reach Tuscany every season and just as many are the followers of Diana from Tuscany who make the opposite way. For this reason, our Association has written to the hunting offices of the two Regions to ask for an exchange agreement that favors the hunters of the two regions: "We hereby want to formulate the proposal for a meeting for an agreement between the Tuscany and Veneto regions. on the legislation of the Tuscany Region, referred to in DPGR 5/9/2017 n. 48R “Implementation regulation of the regional law 12 January 1994 n. 3 ”, provides for the possibility of admission to the Tuscan ATCs for non-resident hunters according to the limits and procedures established by articles 8 and 11;
similarly, the legislation of the Veneto Region envisages ……… the possibility, taking into account the reciprocal relations, of admission to their ATCs of hunters from other Regions. It is considered appropriate to propose to your Regions to evaluate the following:
Hunters from each of the two Regions who intend to apply for hunting residency in the other, have priority over those who require registration in further ATCs and are entitled to carry out the hunting activity starting from the first day of the hunting season in the observance of the hunting calendars; hunters from one of the two Regions who obtain hunting residency in the other acquire the right to use, in compliance with the access regulations established in the respective regulations, the package of days for hunting migratory game. The Tuscany Region, as part of the reciprocal relations established by its regulation (DPGR 48R / 2017), will be able to allow hunters from the Veneto Region to practice hunting on its territory in the following ways.
Acceptance, within the limits established by law, of applications for registration in a Tuscan ATC, which is not a hunting residence, produced by Venetian hunters. For this registration, as a further ATC, the following provisions jointly identified will apply “in the event of coincidental openings, the Venetian hunters can access the ATCs of the Tuscany Region starting from the third Sunday of September. Hunters interested in enrollment submit their application to the ATC Management Committee within the deadline. The communication of the admission by the ATC and the payment of the participation fee constitute a title for the hunting exercise. It is established that under a reciprocity agreement, for the 2020/2021 hunting year, the Venetian hunters who will benefit from the hunting mobility in Tuscany will pay a fee equal to ______ euros.
The Veneto Region for the purpose identified allows hunting on its territory to hunters from the Tuscany Region in the following ways: Reception as a priority, within the limits established by the legislation for the registration of Tuscan hunters in an ATC of the Veneto, which does not is a hunting residence. for such registrations, as additional ATC, the following provisions apply to the first useful hunting day: "in the event of coincidental openings, Tuscan hunters can access the ATCs of the Veneto Region starting from the third Sunday of September". Interested hunters must submit an application within the deadlines set by regional legislation. The communication of the admission and the payment of the registration fee constitute a title for the hunting exercise. It is established that, under a reciprocity agreement, for the 2020/2021 hunting year, the Tuscan hunters who will benefit from hunting mobility in the Veneto region will pay a fee to be identified.
Tele-reservations by Venetian hunters traveling to Tuscany on the move take place using the Tuscan regional hunting reservation system. Bookings by Tuscan hunters traveling to the Veneto ATCs on the move are made using the remote booking system made available by the individual Veneto ATCs, as indicated in detail. For the pursuit of wild boar hunting, teams from the subscribed Regions are welcomed to the extent and in the manner provided for by the respective regional regulations. The agreement may be modified in the event of significant changes to the hunting regulations affecting the currently existing hunting reciprocity conditions. The ATCs of the Region of Tuscany and of the Veneto Region, components by territory, will provide the technical-operational detail for a correct management of the agreement. For the purposes of the agreement, the provisions of the calendar of the host Region will apply. The hunting days carried out as an exchange will be counted in the maximum number of weekly hunting days allowed. For hunters who will not have a hunting residence, the weekly hunting days are those set by the region of origin, if more restrictive.
