An 50 year old from Assisi, in the province of Perugia, was denounced on the loose by the Administrative Police on charges of omitted custody of weapons. The story of which he became the protagonist is quite particular. The man has recently moved from the city of San Francesco to Perugia, however, leaving his shotguns, legally detained, in his father's house.
Practically, the weapons were left "in custody" to the father, which is however invalid. The agents carried out an inspection of the house and immediately ascertained the situation, defined as paradoxical and alarming. The 50-year-old's father, in fact, is unable to provide for himself and himself meet the main needs, so much so that he is currently being cared for by a caregiver. The guns were found by the policemen in a wooden crate, closed but without any lock, therefore easily accessible to all. The complaint was inevitable after noting the lack of diligence in keeping the weapons.
