An interesting one is three weeks away workshop which was organized by the Alpine Hunting Reserve of Vigo di Cadore, in the province of Belluno. The event will focus on optics and ballistics and will feature highly experienced speakers. In particular, on Monday August 27th, 2016 it will start at 9 at the multipurpose hall of the former Elementary Schools of Laggio (one of the hamlets of Vigo). The first two speakers to speak will be Luigi Giusti, producer of Caccia Tv, e Giulio Arrigucci, 2014 European Champion of Long Range Shooting Category “F Class”.
Their report will deepen the construction and the way with which a sighting lens is adjusted: we will discuss the main problems relating to incorrect adjustment and use. At 10:30 it will be the turn of Francis Jordan, president of the Blaser Club Italia, who will explain how to properly clean a rifled gun. At 11 am, a speaker from Canicom Italia will investigate the intensification systems of the night light and the thermal imaging cameras.
It will then continue at 11:45 with Luigi Giusti who will also talk about shooting positions and site angle. After a break, at 15:30 pm we will discuss the blatt and how to identify it: Luca Pirovini, veterinarian and hunting training teacher, will refer to terminal effects, anatomy concepts and ballistic coordinates. Finally, at 17 pm Giusti and Arrigucci will conclude the workshop with the report on the physical and atmospheric phenomena that influence the trajectory.
