2016 started in the best way for Benelli: the company was born and grew up in Urbino and from this land of great geniuses of the 400th century it drew inspiration, for the style that today makes it recognized throughout the globe as an excellence of Made in Italy, which creates technologically innovative products, high quality of execution and leader of semi-automatic shotguns in the world.
Benelli has created an over-under in its only production site in the Marche region that immediately aroused admiration abroad. This is the828 U, named "Shotgun of the Year" in the United States. The acronym is not accidental, given that the number 828 is that of the identification code of Urbino to Unesco as a cultural heritage of humanity, while the U indicates the initial of the ancient duchy of Federico da Montefeltro. However, it is not the only reason for pride at the moment.
Attention to customer needs, the passion of a team that is impossible to imitate and elegance emerge clearly also in another weapon, the Argo E air rifle: this rifle was chosen by Checco Zalone for one of the main scenes of his latest blockbuster film "Where am I going?". The rifle makes a fine show of itself when Zalone must conquer the woman he loves by showing his skills as an accurate marksman and able to anesthetize a large bear.
The choice of a weapon from the Benelli group could not fail to be more appropriate, especially for the ideal combination of elegance and technology which are perfectly fused together in the Argo E rifle. The swing is very fast, without forgetting the immediate aiming and the fiber optic carbon fiber rib, an exclusive solution. In addition, Argo E is also distinguished by the brand new "Amazonia Green" color scheme, designed taking inspiration from the natural hunting environment.
No less important was the selection of raw materials, in particular the selected walnut woods which were embellished by the "Wood Touch" cusp checkering, elegant and exclusive, but above all able to give a secure grip in any type of condition. Benelli can be followed during theVicenza HIT Show which will begin in a few days in a series of meetings, shows and rehearsals that cannot be missed.
