After the latest updates related to the Regional Hunting Wildlife Plan, the councilor of Molise Christian Di Pietro announced on his Facebook profile the discussion and approval of the Law 19 of 1993. The Regional Council dealt with the rules for the protection of homeothermic wildlife and for hunting.
The news of the articles 27 bis and 29 made it possible to introduce in the regional legislation the implementation of the selection hunt for ungulates, pursuant to the fifth paragraph of article 11 of Law 248 of 2005. The transition is fundamental and has become necessary from a regulatory point of view: as pointed out by Di Peter, in fact, it is now possible to activate the training courses for hunters.
Then, once the period foreseen for hunting hunting in hunt is concluded, an attempt will be made to contain the wild boars with the selection hunt that takes its cue from the study commissioned by the Molise Region and approved by ISPRA (Higher Institute for Environmental Protection and Research). Last July the II Council Commission met to examine the regulation for the selection hunt and the final result was a unfavorable opinion on the document, a direct consequence of the impasse of those days.
