The declarations of the WWF regarding the restoration of the Hunting Legality and the Wildlife Plan are incredible and unacceptable. Now we have reached a sort of ultimatum whereby, if the Province of Bergamo fails to plan within the terms indicated by the WWF, it will suffer the consequences until the request for the appointment of an "ad acta" Commissioner who rewrites the rules, replacing done to the province itself. This is summarized in a WWF press release that with peremptory tones warns the Provincial Administration.
The Associations belonging to the CUPAV - Provincial Unitary Coordination of Hunting Associations - and the CRS - Movimento Politico Civiltà Rurale Sviluppo - deplore these tones aimed at dictating the conditions of the WWF towards an Institution, such as the Province, which is entitled to operate and to govern. The WWF in fact and until proven otherwise, is not the regulator of the hunting activity and its planning so it should not dictate times and methods to those in charge.
The hegemony with which the WWF would like to condition the hunting activity in the Province of Bergamo will be the subject of an OPEN ASSEMBLY to be held on FRIDAY 21 DECEMBER at 20,30 at DINNER BELOW to which all the Bergamaschi hunters and the communities that insist around the Valpredina Oasis. The initiative will end with a symbolic torchlight procession with arrival at the entrance to the WWF Oasis of Valpredina.
