La Provincial Federcaccia of Brescia has returned to update its address book "Thoughtful", speaking of what happened in their own area of expertise, to be precise in some schools. As is now known, the Consortium of Italian gunsmiths he organized some lessons in the institutes of Gardone Val Trompia, basically the hunters explained their activities to the students. The initiative sparked a series of controversies, especially from the animal rights and environmentalist side, but the hunting association recalled that in this case there was the approval of teachers.
FIDC Brescia has also been collaborating with some schools for over three years, including Gardone. The results were excellent and the association relied on real professionals for its projects. To talk to children about these topics, in fact, professionalism and specific studies are needed, obviously without forgetting the experience. Furthermore, according to Federcaccia, there was no need to request the promotion of hunting culture, but only to disseminate the rural knowledge, deepen the ornithological species and deepen the influences that hunting has in Italian literature, from Pascoli to Carducci.
Teachers who have accepted these projects have shown that one cannot and must not be afraid. The column ends with a series of questions that make you think: "What is the point of forgetting our rural culture? What is the point of ignoring what a roccolo is? Why not learn how to use honeycombs to imitate birdsong? Perhaps training ignorant citizens will make our country more politically correct".
