Monday 18 February, at the provincial office Federcaccia of Udine, in the presence of the Regional Councilor with responsibility for hunting Stefano Zannier, the Regional Manager Dario Colombi, the Regional President Federcaccia Paul Viezzi, the Provincial President Adriano Domenico Piccoli, the Presidents of the Municipal sections intervened, the regional hunting surveillance coordinator Salvatore Salerno, the teaching staff and other guests the inauguration of the "Didactic Collection of Avifauna" which will be available to students for hunting qualification courses and to those who wish to visit the exhibition in the future.
Thanks to the precious donation of Mr. Luciano Cucignato, composed by over one hundred and sixty specimens of birds and other minor donations, three display windows were created. A showcase in particular, completed in the missing specimens, collects all huntable species in FVG with the presence of the male and female gender in the case of evident sexual dimorphism.
Deserved thanks to the members and municipal presidents Vincenzo Piccoli, Luigino Pischiutta, David Berlasso and Adriano Venier, provincial councilor, for having committed themselves to collection, preparation and cataloging of the exhibits.
