Last year Flakes Ammunition visited the cities of Milan, Urbino, Vercelli and Bologna during their tour in the universities of our country. The Lecco-based company landed a week ago, to be precise on Friday 13 April 2018, atAquila, a much awaited appointment. The lecture hall of the Abruzzo university welcomed 100 students who had a unique opportunity, namely to talk to three great skeet shooting champions.
It is Marco Innocenti (silver medal at the Rio 2016 Olympics), Mauro De Filippis (Trappist and gold medal in the World Cup) e Jessica Rossi (gold medal at the London 2012 Olympics). Valerio Staffelli, a well-known face of Striscia la Notizia and a shooting enthusiast, moderated the event, characterized by stories, anecdotes and curiosities about the profession of these athletes who are part of the Fiocchi team. The introduction was instead handled by Mara Lanfranchi, Marketing Executive of the company, and by professor Maria Giulia Vinciguerra, teacher of Motor Sciences in L'Aquila.
The day was organized in every detail by Flakes Foundation together with the FITAV (Italian Shooting Federation): the students participated in a moment of approach to the discipline and, like other colleagues in Italian universities, they were able to deal with rifles and clay pigeons. The next appointment is scheduled for Friday 4 May at TAV Acquaviva (Teramo), when the champions of the Fiocchi group will follow the boys who have joined the initiative.
