THENational Free Hunting Association issued a statement on Territorial Areas of Hunting. Here is the text below. The ATC wagons once again against the hunters. The anti-hunt strategy has changed radically for some time. The scientific and biological line adopted for years has proven itself totally unfounded, also thanks to the punctual and rigorous work of our Technical Department. So here is that for some time a whole series of bureaucratic-administrative obstacles with dozens of tricks capable of discouraging even the most passionate and willing hunters. The last really bizarre and absurd idea was that ofATC VT1, a bandwagon that is proving incredibly anti-hunt.
Faced with the request to make a course for the training of selecontrollers of the wild boar species advanced by the Free Hunting has found nothing better than to invent an alleged insufficiency of members (65, belonging to all hunting associations!) against a minimum number of 80. The beauty - so to speak - is that the Lazio Region, at the technical suggestion of ISPRA, he indicated the optimal number of students between a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 40, which appears much more logical and congruous!
Against this inexplicable and specious denial, the Free Hunt is reacting in all offices by denouncing an oppressive and punitive behavior that harms not only hunters, future selecontrollers formed of wild boars but the agricultural economy, the coffers of the region, forced to pay out astronomical compensation and nature itself which continues to suffer an increasingly unbearable pressure from wild boars. It is difficult to understand such a denial which, in our opinion, can only be justified by the frenzy of wanting to make money at any cost on the shoulders of hunters who, in addition to the just payment of the teachers, may be asked to pay a "donation" also to the ATC.
