Hunting and Fauna: a fox has entered the Lipu headquarters in Ferrara, killing flamingos rescued in recent years.
In recent days a fox has managed to sneak inside the enclosures of the Lipu headquarters, the Italian Bird Protection League, in Ferrara called the Garden of the Blackcaps, killing flamingos rescued in recent years.
The report comes from the head of the Lipu, Lorenzo Borghi, pointing out that the flamingos had been saved and treated in the last seven years following the recovery for being injured by poachers; Borghi has no doubts about the author of the bird massacre and affirms that it is certainly a predator, "certainly a fox, from the way it behaved, killing and not eating the birds".
