Hunting in derogation: the associations Cpa, Armieri Sardi and Cnl have asked the Region to apply the hunting regime in derogation as provided for by the Regional Law.
With a letter dated 14 January 2013, the Cpa, Armieri Sardi and Cnl associations asked the Sardinia Region to apply the hunting regime in derogation provided for by Regional Law No. 5 of 21/01/2011 on which there are no doubts of constitutional illegitimacy.

Subject: 2012/2013 Hunting Calendar. Request for application of the hunting regime in derogation provided for by art. 9, paragraph 1 letter C of Directive 79/409 / EC and subsequent 2009/147 / EC. Approval of art. 2 paragraph 2 letter F, Reg. Law n ° 5/11.
The undersigned Associations hereby ask the SV to apply the hunting regime in derogation as established in the Regional Law n ° 5 of 21/01/2011, declared legitimate by the sentence n.16 of the Constitutional Court of 23 January 2012.
Certain that the precious work carried out by the Region in drafting the legislation and the overcoming of imposing regulatory / legal obstacles, can allow Sardinian hunters to recover one of the pillars of the hunting tradition in Sardinia, we ask that the hunting of the song thrush species be granted. , redwing, starling and cesena in the next month of February.
