Hunting: Campania, the Region still does not issue the Hunting Calendar, the Hunting Syndicate takes note of it and prepares legal actions against the Regional Administration.
Having acknowledged that the Campania Region, despite our formal warning, dated 16.04.2013, has not proceeded to issue the 2013/2014 Hunting Calendar, as envisaged and provided for by art. 24 of the regional law n. 26 of 9 August 2012, the IVS has given a mandate to its Legal Department to proceed to report the facts to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the competent Court so that it can be verified whether, in such behaviors, details of the crime are recognized and, in the alternative, to contact to the Civil Judiciary to evaluate the possibility of requesting compensation for damages suffered and / or patendi from Campania hunters. The National President of the Italian Hunting Union, Mauro Panella, declared, "The SVI was born with the intention of uniting the fragmented world of Italian hunting associations and to prod and stimulate hunting associations to fully carry out their institutional task but, without prejudice to our intent, we do not intend to fail in our statutory duty to protect Italian hunting and hunters in all appropriate places. In this context, it should be known that we are ready to use any legal means to obtain those rights that have never been guaranteed to hunters and we are ready to turn, as shown above, to the Judiciary whenever there is a need ".
Continuing Panella affirms, "No body, institution, association, group or person must be considered immune from our action and in fact our Legal Department has already been given a mandate to monitor the behavior of the Territorial Areas of Hunting in the issuance of the rankings for the obtaining hunting residency in the 2013/2014 vintage. In the absence of immediate and resolving actions by these Bodies, we will therefore proceed, shortly, also against them with the due legal actions ".
