As disclosed by the Italian Federation of Hunting the hunting calendar of Liguria has been published as regards the 2018-2019 season. There are several innovations in sight for Ligurian hunters. First of all, it was decided to keep the two additional hunting days in October and November in relation to fixed and temporary positions. We are talking about the withdrawal of blackbirds, song thrushes and cesene: the daily game bag still has a limitation, given that there are 15 heads and not 25.
For the wood pigeon instead the heads will be 10 and not 15. It was also decided to hunt the redwing in the period included between October 1st and November 30th, going beyond the days of your choice for a single additional day always of your choice. With regard to migratory birds, then, the daily animals increased, that is to say 25 compared to the previous 20. Fox hunting will have a different regulation. In practice it was chosen to entrust the collection to the individual hunter and to the teams formed for the entire hunting season: among other things, this animal can be killed with bullet ammunition during wild boar hunts.
Among the other hunting periods we can mention the common hare and the wild rabbit (third Sunday of September-31 October), red partridges and gray partridges (third Sunday of September-30 November) and woodcock (from 1 October to 31 December and from 1 to 20 January with two days a week of your choice).
